Although I had heard about a European law requiring airlines to reimburse passengers for long delays, I didn't even think about trying to apply after our plane was delayed on the runway for three hours in Aberdeen. Click2refund reached out and offered their services and made it relatively easy to go through the application process then handled the follow up until we received $887.24. Josh was assigned to us and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the lengthy process. Click2refund required no upfront fees and only gets their cut, 29%, if they are successful in getting the airline to pay. If you think you may be eligible for a refund there's nothing to lose by letting them try. I am very pleased with the results and recommend them highly.

I definitely recommend Click2Refund. They really helped me get compensation for my canceled transatlantic flight. When Iberia canceled my flight, they promised to cover my hotel stay for the night while I waited for the next day's flight, up to 100 euro per ticket. Later, they rejected my reimbursement request with no reasonable explanation, basically just saying my case was not eligible. I didn't think that was acceptable, so I decided to try to recover at least that amount and found Click2Refund with Google. Click2Refund ended up going above and beyond, and I received more than 500 euros in compensation.
