I have nothing but good things to say since my experience was smooth and relatively fast. Since the moment I reached out, sent my documentation and got my money deposited on my account, it might have been 6-8 weeks total and they were in charge of dealing with the airline, not me, and they got the compensation I was asking for.

Norwegian had refused to compansate due to "extraordinary circumstances"
They handled my brother's case, with over 6 hours Norwegian flight from Athens to Arlanta Sweden, at October 2022. Norwegian had refused to compansate due to "extraordinary circumstances" (unknown object) of the delay. However, click2refund efforts were successful, almost 3 years after, and he received the mutual agreed compensation.

Fantastic service from these guys my flight was 4+ hours delayed we got onto click2refund straight away and we are so pleased we did, Fred was fantastic and so easy to work with he was so straightforward and got everything sorted for us we just had to wait a little bit but got are compensation I would highly recommend to anyone if it never happens again we know where to go thank you Fred and click2refund😊

Trustworthy. Reliable. Effective. These are the 3 words that come to mind after I decided to give Click2Refund a go after reviewing their youtube interview with CNN. I have to say that I was initially very impressed that C2R were willing to lodge my claim just inside the 2 year deadline and able to get a refund for me and my family of four after Cyprus Airlines delayed our flight from Rome to Larnaca about 3.5 hours and offered us literally "peanuts and water". Gilbert and Team were excellent and kept us informed whilst responding to my annoying follow ups. Their Commission structure is absolutely reasonable and I have to say the monies turned up last night (the whole process probably took just over 2 months). It’s not a scam, there are people looking out for your misfortune.
As we waited in Madrid for a flight out a man approached me and had me file a complaint to be refunded. I was a skeptic and figured nothing would come of it.
